Meet Paul: Head Brewer/Co-Owner

Stared at a can of Old Style and wondered “How is this fizzy lifting drink made”? Bought a homebrewing book and never looked back. Rumored to have spent his life savings on jeans and beer. He also likes to take long walks off short piers and take long naps in his shorts.

Meet James: Head Chef/Co-Owner

He brewed with his brother Paul for the first week and then decided to make pizzas instead. Finance is his middle name; pizza is his game. Likes to cook food and the books. Once ate his weight at a pizza place in Oregon.

Meet Daveed: Sous Chef/Maintenance Man

He likes eating on the floor and crying in the Walk-In Cooler. Chef Du Jour who will drop everything to create the next food craze. Also drops alot of things while creating the next food craze. Once biked from Chicago to Australia.

Meet Jason:Bartender/Arteest/Music Booker

Makes you feel awkward and at ease at the same time. Legend has it he draws portraits of the Golden Girls cast in his sleep. Fan of baseball & making Jamie uncomfortable. His dog’s name is Dolly

Meet Sara: Bartender/Nduja Pizza Expert

Don’t tell her that the Nduja Pizza is off the menu! You will not like her on that Day. Prolific filmmaker in grade school.

Meet Liz: Bartender/Gelato Picker

Better not turn off Goodfellas in the Taproom while she’s working! Works in the kitchen sometimes and grates cheese till her hands fall off. Better let her pick the gelato flavors too or else.

Meet Tommy: Assistant Brewer/Bartender/Mob History Buff.

Tommy brews alongside Paul on a weekly basis. He plays a mean Irish Flute and knows the Mob inside & out. Has been known to shred guitar while drinking copious amounts of Cold Snacks. Oh and he owns the last Blockbuster Video.
